The following terms and conditions apply to your booking – cancellation fees: Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. From 14 days before arrival: 50% of the confirmed total price. From 7 days before arrival: 75% of the confirmed total price. From 3 days before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total price. Free Rebooking: Regardless of the applicable cancellation policy, we offer our guests – except during the winter season – the option of a one-time free rebooking of an existing reservation up to 48 hours before arrival. Conditions: The new stay must take place within three months of the originally booked arrival date. Any price differences (e.g. seasonal rates) will be taken into account and charged accordingly.
